Off the top of my head...
The whole Spider-Girl series, #1 to #100
A Spider-Girl #0 issue, reprinting What if? #105 where she first appeared.
A-Next #1 - 12.
J2 #1 - 12
Fantastic Five #1 - 5
Wild Thing #1 - 5? (Can't recall exact number of cancellation)
The above were all ongoing series, though as you may note, some did not last long...
Also, a couple of mini-series...
Spider-Girl Presents: The Buzz #1 - 3
Spider-Girl Presents: Darkdevil #1 - 3
Last Hero Standing #1 - 5
Last Planet Standing #1 - 5 (currently running, only one issue published)
Chunks of Spider-Girl, A-Next, J2 and Fantastic Five have been or will be released in digest form, for more information, look it up on http://www.tplist.com, they're all under "Spider-Girl".
Last Hero Standing is, I think, available as a standard size collection.

That one:

It was part of a game created by Shi's Bill Tucci. I don't how it is played but there were several one-shot books (Spider-Man, Spider-Girl, Citizen V, Captain America et al) which were part of that game.
