Post the the person (or it or whatever) who you think is the strangest supercharacter. It can be a villain, or a hero or something else within those lines. So yeah.

No one can compare to my Sleepwalker. He looks funny smells funny and talks funny too. If you dont know who he is see my avatar. How many characters that you know can only do their super heroing while his host is sleeping.

The whole Ghost Rider thing is shaky. In the past if innocent blood was spilled he would just take over his host. Kind of like dc's spectre. Also I think for awhile Dan ketch one of the hosts could touch an amulet and he would become Ghost Rider.

Stilt-man, I always thought was a bizarre idea for a villian. He's reeeaaaalllllyyy tall and off-balance! Fear him! Then push him over!
And the Spot.
Annihilus is probably the weirdest LOOKING. Great alien character design from Kirby.
Devil Dinosaur is probably about the weirdest thing I've seen in comics (other than Rob Leifield's understanding of human anatomy). Jack Kirby musta been on some serious psychedelics, that's all I've gotta say.
I'm really looking forward to the Eternals HC collection coming out soon. I haven't read the Eternals yet, and it looks to be pretty wacky.

Yeah, I'm also gonna say Howard The Duck.
Devil Dinosaur a close second.
As for Stilt-Man, I dont think that "strange" is an appropriate description. I believe the correct word is "Lame".

I thought most of Spider Woman's enemies were bizarro. mattie franklin had some strange ones too... don't know if Julia Carpenter even HAD a rogue's gallery.

I think it's strange that whoever created him thought it was a viable concept for a character.

Man, I love Howard the Duck. But the weirdest character ever is easily the Flying Dutchman from Silver Surfer #8. Who can take down the nigh-omnipotent Silver Surfer? Yeah, that's right. A pirate ghost with techno-claws and a laser eyepatch. Damn, son.

"Mag (like in "Mag-Light") -us". Not "Mage-us".

I've been re-reading a lot of Silver Age stuff recently.
I think it's really weird the amount of time that villians spent smearing adhesives around. And not just Paste-Pot-Pete! Nearly every major villian had something going on with the glue. The first Masters of Evil story in the Avengers had Baron Zemo trying to cover New York City in super-adhesive. (Never mind that his mask was glued to his face in a weird super-villany accident.)
Did Stan have some kind weird paste fetish? Some kind of childhood trauma involving Elmers that he was attempting to work through in his stories? What exactly was going on there?
Pax.
