Who is the earthling mother of Adam X?

Post-Deadly Genesis it is impossible that Adam X could be the child of Catherine Summers and D'Ken, the Shiar emperor. Which of course begs the question which other human (or mutant) female was floating around in space at that time. It could in all possibility be someone we already know.

Let the speculation commence.

Yeah, he's done it with Bucky. But honestly, it's almost like bringing back Uncle Ben in this case. There's just some characters that don't need to be brought back, for any reason. Though I could see him using it as a means of turning off Gabe's tantrum. She's revealed alive, and Catherine just slaps him for the way he's been acting and what he's been doing. But it would be rather hokey.

I don't think that's going to happen. I brought it up for one thing (harmless speculation on something I thought would never happen, that being Adam X's return) and somehow it got applied to something else (guesswork on how Brubaker is going to work in Adam X). :confused:

Yeah, that was established way back when. Erik the Red intended to use him as a puppet to take over the empire, as the exiled son of D'Ken. It was stated he was the result of D'Ken's attempts to introduce the X-gene into the royal bloodline, but then he had one of his crazy days and banished his son to some backwater colony.
