Andreas Strucker, formerly of Fenris.

His sister, Andrea, who Zemo killed, was skinned by Andreas while he was under the Purple Man's influence, since physical contact between the twins was the catalyst to triggering their power. Her skin was made into leather, and the hilt of his sword was bound in it. So if he ever loses his sword, he's screwed. I wonder, why didn't they make gloves out of her skin? Or would that be a whole new shade of creepy?
