I made these a while back using Comic Strip Creator:

That's the first one I did. They're intentionally offensive, and when I am intentionally offensive it may not be likeable; I never got any opinions on them. The rest are on a drop down list under that comic.

I think it's mainly on the website. I'm not sure if they have an offline version.

The big problem with it is it uses pre-made webcomic characters.
