Where should I start if I want to get into this new storyline?

I haven't been reading comics for nigh on 6 years, but all of a sudden, I have become interested in this new civil war storyline.

What I was wondering is where should I start before buying the Civil War comics. Some quick research on wiki has shown me that the build up to this storyline goes at least back to the Avengers: Disassembled storyline and then carries on through the House of M story.

Is this a decent place to jump into or would you guys suggest otherwise?

i'll say u can start reading from the Road to Civil War issues...

The Avengers Dissassembled and House of M were relevent but not really 'direct continuation' of it although it will give a clearer status of the current Marvel Universe (mutants almost 'extinct', etc)...

The Road to Civil war Spiderman books are good to start with as well. It shows Spidey in his new costume and he and Tony going to Washington dc. House of M was not all that great but still a good read.
