another good issue.
the ff travel to the savage land to basically get rid of whatever remains of a sentient satellite "godseye" that the hulk recently fought survived re-entry into the earth's atmosphere.
they take care of godseye but really this issue is about the increasing division between reed and sue.
i have some questions, as i did not read whatever hulk issues godseye was in or the illuminati one-shot.
who is behind godseye?
why did godseye know reed?
i'm assuming that reed went to get rid of godseye based upon whatever the illuminati decided. this issue made it out fairly clearly that reed is keeping things from sue and the others, and i'm again assuming its illuminati-related. am i right? if so, could someone flesh out a little what's going on with that?
for anyone that read the issue, who is reed talking to on the last page? i'm guessing it's supposed to be one of the illuminati.
questions aside, this was a nice issue.
mann's art was decent. i can't say i've seen his work elsewhere, but i enjoyed it. he in particular draws a nice sue and johnny.
aguirre-sacasa was good as usual. i hope he gets more marvel work after 4 ends (besides sensational spider-man).
so yeah, i just read this issue and had some questions. i'd be willing to do a complete summary if anyone is interested.
