Did anybody read them? I was surprised. It was a good mini-series. Villians United and Vengeance have been some of the brighter spots in Infinite Crisis storywise.

Any opinions out there?

Out of all the Countdown to IC minis, I thought Day of Vengeance was only bested by Villains United. I didn't think I'd like it because I've never really been into the magic side of the DCU, but Bill Willingham really drew me in. Can't wait for Shadowpact #1 to come out, and I'm also a brand-new Fables fan becaues of DoV.

I've always loved DC's supernautral characters, so Day of Vengeance really appealed to me. Willingham delivered a really entertaining story, and worked wonders with some of DC's forgotten characters. I can't wait for Shadowpact, especially since it has the added bonus of Willingham art as well.

Day of Vengeance was my favorite IC mini of the bunch. Willingham's quirky writing gelled perfectly with Justinano's spooky art.

Looking forward to both Shadowpact and The Creeper.

I am excited about the Shadowpact. I hadn't heard much about the Creeper. I did hear the Spectre gets his own mini series. I am a little curious about that.

Magic is suppose to work different now in the DCU, so I am curious as to what the rules are now.

Villians United and Vengeance have been some of the brighter spots in Infinite Crisis storywise. I couldn't agree with you more. I wasn't the biggest fan of everything that was going on with IC, but both Day of Vengeance and Villains United had some fun elements that I enjoyed.

I thought the mystical team they assembled in DoV was brilliant. The team members ranged from 2nd string (Blue Devil) to hugely obscure (Nightmaster and Detective Chimp). If I ever meet Bill Willingham, I'm going to shake his hand for making Detective Chimp one of the most talked about DC characters last year.

DoV was constantly fun and entertaining. And I loved seeing cameos of magic characters I like such as Captain Marvel, Zauriel, Witchfire and Janissary.

The only thing I didn't like was Eclipso. I thought that was pretty lame. I hope they give Eclipso a new host if they want to use him again.

I really enjoyed them. I mainly liked how they took my DC Counterpart and gave him a central role in a major crossover. Hopefully, we will see more of Captain Marvel in the near future, aside from his upcoming limited series "The Trials of Shazam".
