This probably has been done before, but what about some REALLY ANNOYING
heroes/villains that Batman encounters?
I've got 2 examples stuck in my mind:

the Crimson Fox sisters (FRENCH superheroes)
They're identical twins who originally appeared in "Justice League Europe".
Some kinda big tail serves as their cape, and they talk with an incredible
shitty accent.
>> "Ow can you say zis? Kara's poor 'ead is 'ere-- 'er body zere--"
>> "Feh. You are nos-sing! I melt you-- so!"
Their claws are neat but 'borrowed' directly from Catwoman. Zey both got
whacked after a while. Wonder why...

Hardrock-killer-cyborg-with-sliding-boots. That kinda sums it up. Takes giant
leaps in his crappy designed suit & talks way too smooth for a robot.
At the end of Chron. #2, Robin actually convinces this guy to surrender...
WTF ? Fortunately, his close-up cover from SotB #42 looks cool.

I once read that Batfans rather disliked the Trigger Twins from "KnightQuest:
The Crusade." But personally I enjoyed seeing them square off against AzBats'
high-tech costume on the money train...

I always rather liked the Crimson Foxes, crap accent or no. Was sad to see them die.

Anyone who talks with an accent annoys me. Trigger Twins were the worst.

Accented European spandex-wearing twins with a vixen motif. Yeah, I miss them.

Not the Trigger Twins though. With them gone maybe we can finally get Shane in the books!
