if your into corrupt police movies than this one is right up your ally.not only that it has a creepy ending thats right out of a horror movie (yeah this is a crime drama) but it fits perfectly.it also captures LA beautifully,you guys need to check this film out.

well saw is a horror movie straight up.this is a gritty crime drama with psychological horror undertones (at least when it comes to Officer Armando Sancho anyways).you should mos def go check this out on DVD.

Is it more like Training Day, or more like LA Confidential? Even thought TD was good, I'm getting kind of sick of those kind of "gritty cop dramas" with the shaky camera and hectic pace. I prefer LAC, simply because it did give you some breathing room in terms of pacing and plot.
