With the recent beating he took at the hands of jason todd recently and his terrible treatment in the hush story line (though I`ll admit, they really had me think batman might just actually kill for a millisecond), I was thinking that the joker`s time had come. However, with his recent infinite crisis appeareance, my faith has been restored....."you made a lot of mistakes. You underestimated Superman. Superboy. Me. But the biggest one is that you didn’t let the Joker play". Joker is back baby and ready to do some damage in the form we all know and love him, the sickest mother f@#ker in comics....... but that raises a question, is joker really the baddest boy out there? While my heart says yes, my head thinks of another character who also jsut happens to have returned......Dr. Doom. Now while alot of you probally think lex luthor or magneto may be the promenent villans in their respected universes, while I couldn`t say your wrong, I would disagree. SO here it is boys, go at it, whose the baddest one of all, joker or the doc, and for those of you who would say lex, just rember, harley quinn is hotter than any of the chicks that rich bastid has been gettin ova the years

In other words, let's debate personal opinion. No thanks...

(BTW, I'm a huge Joker fan :D )

Well, that line says a lot about the 'respect' Luthor has for the Joker. For a man of his ego, saying that pissing off Joker is worse than understimating Luthor himself... wow.

I think Joker is overused, the best would be to let him be in limbo for a while and then bring him back in the future for something real, to use him in so often as they have it's not that exciting to see him involved in anything.

But so is Dr Doom, i mean he must have try to bring down FF hundreds of times, always a failure.

The joker is the crazest mofo around.

Doom just wants his way,not evil but more like a baby with a lot of power.

Lex! Lex is an stright up evil bastard who would ruin your life on a dollar bet.

The Joker...I generally find boring (WHAT?!) aside from a few classic storylines he's too much of a one note character 'Mad clown who exists as Batman's bete noire, hurts or maims someone close to Bats, Bats comes this close to crossing the line, lather, rinse repeat...'

Two Face, Riddler, Ivy...hell, even Red Hood and Hush are more interesting to me because they are human and have (or could have, in Hush's case if a writer would actuallt put some effort into him) fears, insecurites, motives and Hell, a life outside of Batman and killing people.

Basically, I'd like the overused Joker to take a few years off and make his appearences short and sweet, rather than 'Oh look, it's the Joker...er...why?'
