What are the best Kingpin stories?

My favorite as a kid was Spider-Man 197. The Kingpin is planning to retire, at the request of his wife, Vanessa, and captures Spider-Man for one final battle (tying up his old loose ends). A great, issue-long fight. I won't spoil the ending.
He was in so many issues of Frank Miller's Daredevil run it would be hard to pick the best ones, but I'll go with 170-172 - the retired Kingpin returns. I guess it was actually his next appearance after that Spider-Man issue, now that I think about it.
And of course, the "Born Again" storyline, Daredevil issues 227-233.

I like the first Kingpin story. He really handed Spider-Man his ass on a plate in that one
Not sure if this qualifies or not but Tangled Web #4. One of the best stories I've ever read. Period.

Is that the one where Kingpin deals with someone's screw up?
I'm trying to keep it cryptic because any fan of Kingpin should check out this story and I don't want to ruin i.
It's a great issue! Thanks for reminding me of it.

Bruce Jones did a Kingpin mini-series, IIRC.

It was about the Kingpin's rise to power. I liked it, but it wasn't well received by fandom at large. Fun fact, it was originally an ongoing and was retroactively declared a mini-series when the sales numbers came in.

BORN AGAIN-Frank Miller made this character, he wrote him, and so many others have come up as imposters.

I'm a big fan of the Kingpin arcs in the Lee/Romita Spider-Man run since the Spidey/Kingpin fights are a lot of fun to read.
And, of course, you can't go wrong with Miller's Daredevil.

Amazing Spiderman 197: As agrich said this story has a good setup and it has a great fight.
Daredevil 227-233"Born Again":I loved this story.Kingpin didn't use meta-humans or super-powered villains. He was very realistic in this story.I loved the way he destroyed Daredevil's life.
Tangle Web 4:Great story for all Kingpin fans.
Spectacular spiderman 82:Spidey try to protect Kingpin from Cloak and Dagger and Punisher comes face to face with the Kingpin.I loved this dialogue:
Punisher:"I'm here to punish you"
Kingpin"Many have tried and all paid the price for attacking the Kingpin of Crime"
Of course Fisk beat Punisher.:D
Captain America "streets of poison" storyline:I loved the battle between Fisk and the Red Skull.

Yes, that's the one, I didn't want to give details either for that reason
