How did he get out of this? (OLD SPOILERS)

I'm trying to get caught up on old Batman storylines by reading the TPBs... just finished Murderer and Fugitive. All the plotlines are wrapped up fairly nicely except one. Bruce and Sasha are cleared of the murder, but Bruce is still a fugitive, presumably somewhere in Santa Prisca. Even if he was cleared, he can't just stroll back into Gotham like nothing happened, being a fugitive from justice and all. Was this ever addressed? Thanks...

yeah he was cleared of it all, welcomed back, has a park meeting with sasha who wasnt cleared. Checkmate sprung her in exchange for her services
