I'm fairy certain we've never seen it. The only first meeting I can recall is the historical one, from Batman #1.

Would be a neat story idea, though.

I can't believe no writer has been tempted to write the story of Joker first seeing a Robin. Just imagine what would have been his reaction to his first sight of a gaudily colored young boy next to Batman...
