"Up, Up, and Away" begins with Lois & Clark watching a movie in the park that says Supes hasn't been seen since his final battle with Doomsday. Well this week's Villans United IC Special seems to explain that...
The Society has a face off with the heroes post-IC #6 and it seems they have control of Doomsday (thanks to Dr. Psycho). This seems to explain to me how the final battle referred to could have occurred. PHEW! I was concerned they were going to go back to the death and change some history. This REALLY makes me excited for IC#7 now! Maybe now we can finally get a true, rematch where Supes & Doomsday brawl in Metropolis once again without any cop-outs on the end of the fight. A true fight to the finish!
