It's actually called New Universal. And it is an ongoing series written by Warren Ellis and drawn by Salvador. It is a total revamp of the New Universe characters by Ellis and Larroca, and should be fun.

Really? That sounds pretty interesting.
If there's ever somebody who could clear up, and modernise the New Universe Ellis would be the man.
And Larocca remains one of my favourite artists.

That sounds pretty good. Will definitely pick that up.
I'm assuming that this is the Marvel Project with more room to shape that Ellis has been hinting at for a while.
I also think that Larocca would suit this pretty well.

i Can't wait for this title, i've read one issue of next wave and i liked it. When i found out larroca's new title i was so pleased, that he was drawing for someone else and different characters, larroca must be bored shitless drawing the same charcters in the same book and crap writers, with no real fun or challenges for nearly 2 years. I have to say larroca has put alot up for marvel, at the wizard signing nearly 6 months or so back larroca was there, but marvel said he wasn't aloud to draw for the fans. He must of been thinking " what the hell, why am i here then". Remember back in 2001, larroca was put on x-treme and was aloud to redesign the x-men, well he's going to be doing the same a total new look for everyone. I think larroca like these kinda stuff, where he gets to revamp a team. Does anyone know who the chracters are ? who were the old new universe. Wow i think this is the start of larroca's x-treme style, an interesting writer (warren) and a fresh start. god i hope larroca is'nt doing the inks, washes, it looks better without his paint on it, liquid all the way.

Or...he could've requested not to draw anything at the time.
