Despite the fact that I write a lot of science fiction, I'm a neanderthal when it comes to stuff like getting a neat-o picture up by my name.
Milhouse still takes the cake with his running anime chick. I'd be happy just to have a wider selection, or, best of all, post my own picture by my name.
Any tech advice from you Generation-WWW experts?
(I was Generation-X, in case you're wondering. And yes, I lived up to the name back in my wilder days).

Just right-click on the image, copy the URL, then go to the User CP link at the top of the page, click Edit Avatar, and paste the URL into Avatar URL field. Then hit Save Changes, and you're ready to go.

Hey man
Check out the section with questions and tech advice, I'm sure it'll have all the info you'll need
And thanks for the avatar compliment
EDIT: Ok there was no thread about it there.. go to your User CP, Edit Avatar
Then find a pic of what u want on the web or whatever and type in it's URL.
If the pic's too big your gonna have to either size it down or find a smaller pic

It was down to that, or his face when Sparky was, uh... handling his chassis... but I wasn't sure you'd want THAT expression as your online representation :D

Hey Tony;
Borg or Sith?

Um...Borg, I think.
(not sure I understand the question, but those last three Star Wars films almost beat the love of Star Wars out of my system.)
