Supposedly the mutant energy released in House of M woke Gabe up. As hes an energy manipulator i think thats pheasible.

Vulcan was blasted off into space, assumed dead, when Krakatoa was blasted through earth's atmosphere at the end of Giant Sized X-Men #1. He was effectively dead, floating around on a fragment of the island in Earth's orbit.

When Wanda Maximoff depowered all the mutants she caused a huge imbalance in energy on Earth. Energy cannot be created or destroyed - a basic principle of physics - it just exists. All those mutants who used or resonated energy suddenly weren't doing this anymore, and that energy was seen floating around earth at the end of House of M #8.

The energy mass brought Vulcan back to life and he returned home to find that it was a good many years later than he thought it was, and that Xavier had wiped any hint of his death or evn his existence from the minds of any who had come in contact with him.

Lets not forget, now that Krakatoa is habitable, Hulk has been blasted there to keep him from killing innocent passers by in the greater New York area. I forsee this chunk of mutated rock becoming the new Asteroid M once Mags gets his powers back. Oh, and there's that flaming guy in New Avengers that was also awakened as a result of the energy movement caused by Wanda. These and other events are what's leading up to the HRA - Hero Registration Act - and an ensuing civil war.

Hulk actually got sent to another planet far far away.

He's got nothing to do with Krakoa.

Yup, youre right. Plus we find out where Xavier is and that he's been depowered. He was missing all thru out HOM and up until issue 5 of Deadly Genesis.
