The art looks better in this final issue. It's going to be great to finally see what actually went down on Krakoa!
What does the cover signify? The four crosses are the 1.5 team, right?
On a side note, CDP looks *hawt*. Medina's pencils look slick in that issue, can't wait for some solid Domino action!!

Deadly Genesis looks ok. Still not sold on the storyline, but we'll see how it ends.

I wish the dialogue was in there but so far so good, their last mission together is what I was most interested in seeing as well as how certain pieces of the timeline fit regarding Corsair.

I don't think it was worth all the hype, but I've liked the build-up. Really nothing shocking went down (Besides Banshee's death which went down horribly) and the art was so-so throughout, but there's something about it that got me to like it. I think it was just getting those backstory histories of the 1.5 team. I would especially love to see Sway and Darwin back in action!
And seeing Emma in pigtails was downright hilarious! :p

Cool previews... I wish that the DG preview had the dialogue, but hey ho. I can't wait for the final issue, the mini as a whole has been a good read even if some of the revalations were a little unsurprising.

deadly genesis looks good, and my guess that moira's team freed scott but died in the process (save for vulcan) looks plausible.

I love this comic. I can not wait for Brubaker on Uncanny X-Men. I want more Vulcan right away. Screw Claremont's last arc. We all know what happens anyway.

Same with Deadly Genesis #6, since we already know Vulcan's going to be in Uncanny. :p

Ah but there are so many unanswered question for DG. What exactly did Xavier do, how did 1.5 die? What happened to Cyclops after 1.5 rescued him? Why did Xavier do what he did?
For Uncanny we know everyone makes it out but Psylocke b/c of the Exiles news. We know they win. Gemme Brubaker now :)

So, how is that any different than Deadly Genesis. Everyone makes it out fine in the end, given we have previews showing all the characters. :p

Same here, like I'm still enjoying Chris Claremont's work but I'm really much more excited about Ed's upcoming run.

I never get my hopes up because how many time can a new hot writer come in at the beginning everyone’s pretty much excited, but they are disappointed with the over all results. I think the Deadly Genesis Mini series was ok but over hyped like most of Marvel’s big events. What saved the book are its characterization and the back-up stories. What hinder it were the art and the needless death of Banshee. But I think that Ed will do good job with Uncanny.

GAAAHHHHH!!!!
No dialogue! Damnit, I hate when that do that! Its like a chick gettin you all hot and bothered then walkin away leavin you w/ blueballs... :p
I can't wait for this though, I've really enjoyed it. I'm not gonna complain about some of the inconsistancies or possible plot holes, its actually pretty dumb to. Comics are a serial medium with hundreds of different writers, there has to be some understanding and leeway given because of that.
I'm w/ UTV on this one, bring on Brubaker's Uncanny, NOW! :D

I don't think I'll be able to handle seeing Petra, Sway and Darwin being killed. I like them so much! :(

They need a mini because I love them. I'd love to see them just hanging out or training and maybe Brubaker could add in some ambiguous sign that they could come back (if they do die that is).
