can anyone tell me somethings about the charecter:

when was is last "meeting" with amanda soften preior to the darco? and was it ended bad?

is dimension that he's in between jolts, what is known about them?

i guess that's it for now...

U should read the old Excalibur for more on Nightcrawler, he was never better or more well written then during Alan Davis final run on that title.

Also his powers get explained pretty well there.

To teleport he enters another dimension, that is why his teleportations are not instant, as we see clearly in the movie X2. As he is linked to this other dimension it surrounds him, and this produces the effect of invisibility around him whenever he is standing in shadow.

Other then that he can stick to walls, which is another unrelated power, basically a secondary mutation. And on top of this he has his looks, which is inherited from his mother Mystique.

He met Amanda again afterwards in Nightcrawler (3rd Series) #'s 1-12.
