my LCS ran out of the singles really fast. i hope they bring in issues of the trade so i can get my paws on them!!

Don't hope for it -- TELL them you want it. Even if that doesn't cause them to order a couple extra for the rack (on the theory that if you've heard of it, others have, too), they might be able to pull one aside for you, at least.

the thing about this is i worry about asking them to order one for me, and later on not wanting one. one of the reasons why i wait for trades is because i'm iffy about the series in the first place. and i've never actually seen an issue of Perhapanauts!

If all of the self-published stuff was included in the trade then I'd probably think about picking it up. As it stands now, I'll pass and keep my fingers crossed that the sales for the mini & trade are good enough to warrant future stories.

Darn it all... extras! Pin-ups and bloopers and rare story pieces (I have the b&w ashcan thanks to Augie). I may have to buy the trade and find a good home for my single issues.
