Anyone listen to these guys?

At first, I dismissed them as some shitty Victory band (ie: Hawthorne Heights), but THEN I saw them opening for Smoking Popes. They're pretty impressive and I've been listening to them alot.

Are they the ones with the drummer who died? I've heard them and they sounded like every other bad "Emo" band around these days.
