I've just gotten hold of YA #8 and that find I have no recap on the 1st page, but an actual USM game ad and then this is followed by four pages of Star where Stev talks to Eli GRandmother and Jessica talks to Cassie's Mum and loops back to Steve again and then Back to Jessica before returning to the actual story.
I though at first this might be part of Kang's plan to confuse everyone including the readers, but I just want to find if I got a bad comic.

Me thinks I got to fork out again for the issue.

Well it's a two part story... the first part is in #7.

That's true, it is a 2 part story, and I do have #7 as well, but I don't seem to have no recap page in #8 or credit for who wrote it and drew it and the story opens with Steve talking to Eli Grandmother about the original Black Captain America and then to JJ talking to Cassie's mother and thenit loops back to the Steve rogers pages before conitnuing on to the JJ pages and finally into the rest of the story.

All I want to know if I just gotten a printing error edition before i pay out another 2 UKPs for another copy that is perfect.

I recall there being a recap/credit page in the US version.

Sounds like a misprint or a different version.

Why can't you just take it back to the point of purchase and ask for a new copy? Local comic shops are quite good about that, and most newstands, if they have additional copies, will make that sort of trade if the error is obvious and your copy is still in near mint condition.

I don't recall having to do this but once or twice in all my year... and now, I wish that I had held onto those variants as they could command a huge price!

I've come to agree that it is a misprint, for I have spoken to a lady who I buy some of my comics from on Ebay and she has confirmed that her copies are OK.

I also have a copy of FF from the later part of DeFalco's run where all the characters turn into "Thing" look alikes which is the same and a copy of "RAzor" Vol 2 that had pages mis-printed out of order near the end, which was then reprinted with a new cover and in the correct order.

Me thinks I'll keep my YA #8, but can't see it being worth anything much in the future.

Thanks for everyone's comments
