I thought this was the best place to ask my questions as they sort of tie into infinite crisis.

1) When did Ra's al Ghul die. Was it during Hush? Is he dead at all?
2) When did Lois get shot? was it before For Tommorrow?
3) In what comic did Donna Troy set up her super group flying into outer space thing?
4) Who replaced Luthor as president?

1) When did Ra's al Ghul die. Was it during Hush? Is he dead at all?

Nope.

Check out the trade paperback Batman: Death and the Maidens.

2) When did Lois get shot? was it before For Tommorrow?

It was technically after "For Tomorrow"; check out the trade paperback Superman: Unconventional Warfare.

3) In what comic did Donna Troy set up her super group flying into outer space thing?

In multiple comic books, she visits the heroes and recruits. But you see her take off in an issue of Outsiders....#31 if memory serves me.

4) Who replaced Luthor as president?

Pete Ross, for awhile. Followed by Johnathan Horne, as detailed in the special one-shot Superman: Secret Files and Origins 2004.
