Anyone else reading The American Way by John Ridley? I'm really enjoying it, it's fresh and a different spin on superheroes. I also like the fact that it's written for an adult audience and the political and social aspects of society from the era it's set in are not being ignored. Excellent stuff, I hope it gets another mini run of eight or more.

i'm enjoying it. Wasn't sure whether or not to pick up #1, but it was good and so was #2. i think the only thing is they could make the main characters a little more memorable. by the time i read #2 i forgot who the 2 men were.

I was very excited to hear that this book was coming out. I loved Ridley's Authority: Human on the Inside and was craving another book by him. So far The American Way has met my expectations. I can't wait to see where this book is going.
