They showed a panel from Identity Crisis #2. Dr. Light's about to get mindwiped, and he's saying, "Great -- do it. That'll be a whole new audience for the story."

It's kinda creepy when he says that...almost like he knows he's a comic character.

It was before the JLA discussed mindwiping. They talked about locking him in Arkham, at which point he said "Great -- do it" etc., and used his powers to produce a little video replay of the rape. One of the reasons why they decided not to lock him up, but to lobotomise instead.

he was refering to the audiance of inmates whom would watch his video. I figured he meant all the wack jobs that live in Arkham
