It's so annoying to put up a warning AFTER people act like jerks, which works to stop THAT current jerk outbreak, only to see ANOTHER one start up, and I can't really fairly punish the person for the LATER outbreak, because of a lack of a warning.
So, I figure, here - here is the blanket warning for the following posters (don't worry if your name is here, it's basically all of the posters) - next time I see you act like a jerk - I'm banning you. Probably won't be a long ban or anything, but it'll be a ban, nonetheless. And after a couple of those, it'll be permanent.
