Yup I've got that. A tad on the pretentious side, but still a lot of fun and with great art. The sequel, Farewell Moonshadow (which is in the Vertigo TPB, but not the Epic one) is a step to far into pretention and lacking the fun. Also it's not a comic.

The trade offered by Vertigo is the "Compleat Moonshadow" that includes the original run as wll as the sequel.

True about the sequel. I've read the main series twice, and I really think it's underrated. It's a wonderful epic loss of innocence story, not quite like anything else in comics. It was originally published under Marvel's Epic imprint, then reprinted by Vertigo.

I found all of the Vertigo issues one day while looking through the back issues at the shop I worked at. Needless to say, I bought them. Muth's work is amazing.

i heard, vertigo changed something in Moonshadow

that ending is different

is it true????? Ive bought Moonshadow TPB, and how does it differ from marvel's edition???

on mycomicshop.com it says "Reprints Epic comic of the same number, plus an expanded ending"

is this the only change, or did they "tweak" anything inside???? (i want to bye last of marvels run, so i could compair marvel, vertigo)
