I'm really enjoying this show. It reminds me of my beloved Freaks 'n Geeks, but seems to enjoy more support from ABC, than the latter ever got from NBC. It's funny, painfully real, and heartfelt, with a great cast, young and old. It's also nice to see Dee Wallace Stone (E.T., the Howling) and and Max Gail (Barney Miller) working again!

Don't know much about it, but I'll give it a chance because of Amanda Walsh. :)

I love this show. One of the funniest since Arrested Developement. My favorite character is the foul mouthed daughter with the braces and glasses. The best part of the whole season was when she said "Do you think its weird to master the harmonica and not tell anybody?" I laughed for hours.

It has been cancelled. "Less than Perfect" takes over the hour on April 18th (the 11th is a movie). At least it got to air ten of its thirteen episodes. The ratings were at UPN levels this past week so I doubt those last three episodes and maybe even the two slated for next week will ever see the light of day!

AD got cancelled, S&D is still on as far as I know/have read, and it better stay that way.

If it's cancelled, it's too bad, because it's a little gem! I thought Less than Perfect was gone! In fact, I had to stop and strain to remember what the show was, when I read the title. My assumption, was that it was a mid-season try-out, but was good enough (in terms of quality, it certainly is!) to be back on the fall schedule.

If it IS gone, it's one less reason to watch broadcast TV!

I don't have cable.

I watched the pilot but jesus....it was bad. They try to do a show in the AD vein more or less , but AD has breaks and narration to back it up. This doesn't have eithor and its like one long extended scene that never....never......ends.

I'm sorry to those who loved it.

I think this is one of the best shows on TV! Last night's second episode, where Cameron's birth-father came back was perfect, and had an amazing sense of symmetry. The first ep. when Cameron, called in to stop his nephew's out of control party, but instead uses it as an opportunity to drag his son out of his shell, only to be denounced (and rightly so) by his neice was fantastic. That was also balanced by the revelation that the Jew-hating, bigoted aunt is actually a dyke - incredible!
