How big of a role did/does Robin play? Same for Superboy?

I'm wondering just how big of a role did Robin (Tim Drake) play in the Infinite Crisis?

I remember reading in Robin before the OYL jump that he and the Teen Titans were looking for a cure to help save Superboy. Yet I don't know exactly why he was sick. Was it the result of his beat down by Superboy Prime or did all of that in Robin take place before Superboy Prime showed up?

If it took place before what did Robin do other then showing up to help defend and save Superboy from Superboy Prime?

Same goes for Superboy. I think I remember seeing an issue of Teen Titans where it was him and Nightwing (Dick Grayson) but didn't read it so not sure what was going on there. It was a IC tie in I think but other then getting beat down by Superboy Prime, what was his role in the whole IC?

Before that it seems he was moping around the Kent farm for some reason, then SP shows up and then there is the whole Nightwing team up and before that he was sick and Robin and the Teen Titans were drying to save him.

I plan on jumping into Robin, Teen Titans, Batman, and maybe one other as a result of the OYL jump but would like to know about these characters in IC just in case.

Well, Nightwing and Earth-1 Superboy are currently traveling to Alexander Luthor's base - I believe that that was one of the issues your post referred to. Superboy was given coordinates of AL's base by Earth 1 Luthor, after Luthor tracked down AL's base and escaped AL/Superboy's attack. It's just them because all the other Titans are preoccupied with the disasters occurring around the earth.

I believe what you're referring to with Robin working on a cure for Superboy was a way to bypass Luthor's hold on him. He was "diseased" because Luthor could cause him to do vile things against his will. I didn't buy the Robin story you're referencing, so I can't say for certain, but I think that this was at least implied in Teen Titans.

His "disease" was actually just a breakdown of his clone structure as a result of the injuries inflicted by Superboy-Prime. Robin ascertained that Luthor would have planned for this eventuality, and the Titans broke into the former Cadmus Labs base that Luthor had taken over to find a "cure."

The original previews for Infinite Crisis said that it stars Wonder Girl, Robin and Donna Troy. Thus my slight annoyance at Donna and Cassie's lack of anything in IC.
