1) You may only vote once per round.
2) When you vote, you may add OR subtract 1 point
3) Vote every 5 turns; IOW, wait until at least 4 others have voted before you vote again.
5) The exception is the "2 Hour Rule", which means that you may vote out of turn if NOBODY has posted for two hours after the last post.
