Details People, Please?!?

Okay, now, I didn't really see what happened, but in this show, does anyone know the specifics of what happened to Drew and Kate's romantic relationship?

I think they broke up and ended up marrying other people (I'm only speaking IN show) but what caused it? Or did they stay together and I am getting this mixed up?

Anyone know?

His earlier girlfriend, the one with the eating disorder came back and threatened suicide if he didn't start the relationship again, so he tried to marry both of them at the same time and they both broke up with him.

One of the big things was Drew wanted kids and Kate didn't.
