Trying to find information about "10"

At least I think that was the name of the book, there is a chance I am mistaken.

The book was about a guy getting a gun in the mail with a letter saying he had to kill 9 other people.

I just would like to know who made the book...

I think it was image, but i am probably wrong.

it was actually published by BOOM! in a prestige format. i was really looking forward to this but having read it i'de say "meh". if you see it in your LCS you could pick it up, wouldn't be too costly. but dont go to any trouble to hunt it down.
