Sorry if this has been mentioned. I tried searching but nothing turned up.

In Countdown, after the Wizard spirits Ted away, someone talks to him in coloured word balloons. Who is this person?

It was Mordru. He was imprisioned in the Rock of Eternity.

Is it? I would've thought it was Johnny Sorrow since Johnny had off-colored speech in the JSA Classified story where he was trying to take over the Wizard's mind.
