Korn or Linkin Park

That's sort of like asking which you'd prefer, to have your face set afire or get shot in the balls.

HAHAHAH. That's all I can add to this.

And with that, there's really nothing left to say in the thread...

I'd rather have my face set afire, then get shot in the balls, and then listen to the death rattle of my only child than listen to either of these bands.

I actually got a kick out of Korn's cover of Word Up. They do have a handful of decent songs (amidst a whole lot of crap, to be sure), so I'll go with them. I'd say they'd make a great cover band if I hadn't also heard their version of Another Brick in the Wall.

Linkin Park is just a joke that a lot of people haven't gotten yet.

I don't feel like an idiot just for saying the name "Linkin Park" so I guess they win.

(Although both bands strike out on spelling.)

Between the two? I don't know; I guess Linkin Park.

Either fate still being preferable to hearing Limp Bizkit.

I actually really like Linkin Park. :o

And I like some songs by Korn. :o :o

To each their own.

I'd rather listen to Linkin Park, if forced to make a choice between the two. (In fact, I still think "In the End" is one of the better pop songs of the last half-decade.) I don't mind some of Korn's earlier work.

But yeah, if it was up to me, their music would never be played again.

Not a fan of either but given the choice I'd rather listen to Korn.

The only Limp Bizkit album I'd ever listen to again would be Three Dollar Bill Y'All. That one wasn't too bad.

While I completely agree with Jeffrey, Korn did the 'numetal' sound before any of the later knock off bands and had to have a lot of balls to pick a sound as unusual as that at the time.

While I don't like them, at least they trailblazing and weren't just following the trendy currents like Linkin Park did.

To answer the original question, I'd pick Linkin Park.

I listened to two Linkin Park albums on a long road trip last year. Their songs tend to sound the same after a while, but that could be attributed to my lack of familiarity with them. I'm not sure. Regardless, I remember listening to a few songs at a time before I would rotate CDs. I also heard their work with Jay-Z and it wasn't so bad.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed that. The one song worked well in the Miami Vice trailer too.

Actually, I like Korn's latest single, I think it's the title cut from their latest album. Thought it was quite an interesting song.

I heard the stuff they did on the Matrix soundtrack and I have to say, Linkin' Park is not actually too bad when:

1)No one's singing
2)No one's playing guitar
3)No one's scratching
4)They're playing NIN covers.

But I'd still pick Korn anyways. They suck, but less than Linkin' Park does.
