What do you guys think of the end of Sanurai Champloo?

The last episode aired last nite on Adult Swim.
I dont think I saw all three parts though just the first & third.
I thought it ended alright but it could have been better.
What are your thoughts?

It was alright. I'd like to see Mugen and Jin throwdown one more time though.

I liked it. It leaves it open for a film, and given the way that Bebop ended, I was reasonably sure that one or both of the boys was going to die before the end anyway. It kept me in pretty good suspense up to the climax, and I didn't feel cheated or anything... I even liked the cute bit at the end about the coin flip.

It's pretty much my favorite full series, I think. Certainly top 5.
