So, did anyone pick up the first issue of my new series, RETRO ROCKET? I'm dying to know what you think, bad or good. Somebody give me a little feedback out there!

I thought it was GREAT. A retro Robot hero being over shadowed by new generation Mecha is such a solid consept.

Adding in the alien invasion plot only makes it scope ever more epic.

Can't wait to see how this plays out.

It kept the song "Amee" stuck in my head for half a day, thanks to the Pure Prairie League reference. Grrrr.

Great story, a ton of fun, snappy dialog and gorgeous art that's both retro and modern. Very much looking forward to the rest of the series.

i was about to start a thread on the topic. i liked it alot, and i'm not a big fan of gundam/robotech and that stuff. i thought it was simple but very well done, the main character however could have some very complex issues, imagine to no longer have a body anymore but still be alive within a robot, what is your purpose for living?? looks like it will get very interesting and the action was great as was the pacing.

good job, i'm on board.
