Is this (http://img91.imageshack.us/my.php?image=goku7yv.jpg) what you're looking for?

Think he might mean the background but I think you should try and shrink goku if thats issue because background is awesome.

If you want to try making it yourself, download Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com). It's pretty easy:
1. Right-click, copy image.
2. Paste into Irfanview.
3. Select a rectangle and adjust the edges to your liking.
4. Crop.
5. Resize.
6. Sharpen about 5-10.
7. Save.

There's also the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/).

There's also the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/).That too :) But for simple stuff like cropping and resizing, Irfanview is much faster and handier (900Kb download, woohoo :)). Freely-adjustable rectangular selection is a godsend.
On a tangent, I really wish the Gimp's tool window could be made a sidebar, so that you could easily maximize document windows without covering the damn thing. I swear it's never there when you need it...

Okay, I get you. You're right, for stuff like that the GIMP is probably too much.

I can definitely sympathize with that. I don't know how many times I've run into that problem.

When i tried to use the image, the computer said it wasn't a recognized image or something. I meant all the adds and stuff behind the image.

If you're using Windows, Right Click -> Save Picture As. If you're on anything else I can't help you, but I'm sure someone else here knows the equivalent thing.
Then, just upload the pic from your comp.
