Well this isnt important now, because its not giving Batman Beyond anymore but still its been a well since I made a thread so here it goes.
In Batman Beyond the reason why Bruce retired from being Batman is not because he was too old. It was because he was resource to use a GUN to stop a criminal which we all know that Batman hits guns.
So thats pretty much it.

Well, that did scare him... and was the final straw, but it was the fact that he was old that made him retire. He had to use the gun because his heart was giving him problems.

Well the fact that hes old wouldnt have stopped him cause he is stubborn, but the heart problem did play a role in his retirement.

Dude.
You seriously need to work on your spelling.
Or your typos.
Or both.

The gun showed him that he was too old. And he needed to resort to something drastic to take down a low level criminal.
He finally realised he was past it.

people will rag on your spelling because it's a chore to read your posts. in fact, i've probably disregarded 1/2 your posts, regardless of content, because it's too much of a pain. nobody is on your meat, they might be if we could read what you wrote.

Old Bruce, "Kent called, nothing apopolitic, just wants some advise. He'll meet you on top of the metropolise tower!'
I always wondered if Bruce resented Clark for still being so active. Or laughing at him because he still has to duke it out with the badies at his age? :evilsmile

Was that the timetraveling one? Because Superman wasn't in that.

The one with chronus is the only one I can remember taking place in batman beyond's time frame. We met warhawk and a really old static shock. Too many black heroes in one episode if you ask me.

I could only think of the Chronos episodes as well, but they didn'y have Clark in them, as he had died in the Watchtower some time before. And there's never too many black heroes in one episode, in fact, it's always the reverse.
