So DC went and published "The Early Cases" trade paperback a while ago. Does anyone know if anyone is going to produce any more Strontium Dog trade paperbacks? I really want more.

Rebellion, the owners of 2000AD, the home of Strontium Dog, is publishing a strong TP line without DC's assistence, right now (see the back of Previews under Rebellion for lattest solicitations, and And this page at the 2000AD site for what's out already (http://www.2000adonline.com/?zone=reprint&page=gnprofiles&choice=dr_quinch&Comic=rebellion)).

Unfortunatly no new Strontium Dog TPs have come out since "The Early Cases" and there is no word when a new TP will come out.

But there will be a Volume 2. Called "Portrait of a Mutant". Maybe early next year.

If you want to read more Strondium Dog, Johnny Alpha and Wulf appear somewhat regularly in 2000AD, infact an arc just ended a few issues ago, "Shaggy Dog Story". By John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra.

In case you're not aware The Stonts have a long LONG history going back two decades. You can check out all the story listings and the issues they appeared in here at the 2000AD homepage. (http://www.2000adonline.com/?zone=thrill&page=profiles&Comic=2000AD&choice=STRONT)

I don't think I need to threads just for my questions, so here goes:

I recently saw a Rebellions solicitation for a Strontium Dog: Book 2 collection. I know Book 1 came out in January. I also know that Book 1 and The Early Cases have about the same pricetag. Is the content in both Book 1 and The Early Cases the same?
