It is, and in a lot of ways it's probably the best Mario Kart out there. It still suffers from infuriatingly cheap AI tactics, particularly in the 150cc class.

Yeah, Rub Rabbits is the sequel to Feel the Magic (Japanese title is "Where do Babies Come From?").
