Greetings all,
Just wondering if issue #6 of Daredevil: Father has shipped yet, if so when, and if not, any word on a release date.
Thanks in advance,
Tony

Marvel's website says 4/12/06, but I don't know how reliable that is.

I haven't read these, but admit my interest is piqued.
Is the series worth picking up?

Is that where it stands now? That would make two years between issue one and six. Still, for Joe Q's pencils on Daredevil, its worth the wait. Seriously, this book has been gorgeous to look at, especially with the painted colors of Richard Isanove. The story is...decent, but the art is totally worth the price of admission.

If you are a Daredevil fan, then yes, this story is worth it. It explores Matt's feelings towards his father and a somewhat interesting, if predictable, murder-mystery that still finds a way to be engaging.
Its the art by Joe Quesada, inker Danny Miki, and colorist Richard Isanove that really sell this book. Joey Q is one of the best DD pencilers ever, and combime his dark take on the character with Isanove's beautiful painted colors, and you have a noirish fantasy in vision.

Art rarely sells me, but since you mention there's a decent story (and I'm a DD fan on top of it), figure I'll pick these up.
Thanks for the reply!

Not in my opinion.
I dropped it after the first issue and don't know if it improved but #1 was boring and the artwork (big bulky DD. Meh.) was not of my taste (which was odd as I normally like Quesada's art).
