Hey DC pals!
I've ventured over from the Marvel forum to ask you something that I've been curious about.
Which historically Marvel artists would you appreciate on DC titles, and which titles would you like to see them work on?
For example, would you appreciate a John Romita jr Batman? Or a Matt Bagley JLA?

John Romita JR. would be nice. Too bad he signed 5 years contract with Marvel.

Oliver Coipiel and Andy Park (if he's considered Marvel).

just about 90% of them. Bryan Hitch, Greg Land, Jae Lee, Leinel Francis Yu. These men are gods. I have a hard time deciding if I prefer Jim Lee's superman or Bryan Hitch's or Leinels Francis Yu's.
Hol crap Greg Land on Wonder Woman. Bryan Hitch back on JLA. Leinel doing more Superman.

If Cho could reign in the boobie and crotch shots he would be perfect for BIRDS OF PREY, I agree with the poster above.

no cho. cho can stay with what he's doing. He can do powergirl and that's about it. I don't need to see oracle with a full on DD cup.

Most of those guys have done work for DC in the past, and it would be cool to see them doing some DC work again. I'm sure it'll happen eventually.
As for those who have only done Marvel work, I'd like to see Jr JR take on Superman or the New Gods at some point. I have no real desire to see Mark Bagley or David Finch on anything.
And Frank Cho should do a Phantom Lady/Power Girl maxiseries.

To be honest, there aren't many Marvel artists I'd like to see at DC. This is not to say that I dislike their artwork, which I don't. I just feel that most of the Marvel artists are better suited to Marvel's sensibilities than they are to DC.
Having said that, I'd love to see JRJR on just about any DC book. Also, I'd love to see Alan Davis on JSA, Green Lantern or the Flash.

I'd really like to see John Romita, Jr. do a DC book. I think it's time, as well. He's done every iconic Marvel character, and most of the team books, even if only for a few issues, as well. I'd love to see his take on "Batman!"

Like I said before, if he could reign in the use of, uhm, 'assets'... he'd be great. Very fluid motion, very well done action sequences. Beautiful faces.
But, like I said, just needs to not be so in your face with the 'sexy stripper' stuff.

I agree.
Cho is fantastic...his lines are simple, supple and clean...he is good at action and he can tell a story visually with the best of them, but unfortunately, his art comes with a price:Every woman has gigantic T&A.

If the artist that was on New Avengers [I forgot his name, since Bendis took on the book i did not keep interest] was put onto Infinate Crisis,Batman..Wonder Woman..or any title for that matter, that would be a great run.
