Mr. Terrible

OK, so I just finished (and very much enjoyed)Villains United. In the final battle royale with the 6 versus a multitude of villains (many of whom I do not regognize) there is a character called Mr. Terrible who, by the looks of him, is very much an anti-Mr. Terrific.
So, I was wondering:
Have Terrible & Terrific met?
If so, what's the history between them?
In not, why not? It seems pointless having a character who is the antithesis of another if they don't meet.

I have a theory that Mr. Terrific, Mr. Terrible, and Mr. Typical are all genetically engineered twins put down Mr. T when the A-Team was canceled. But that's just my theory.

According to the actual comics (bah!) that was the first time he showed up.

Mr Terrible's 1st appearance is indeed in Villains United. To be more specific, he first appears at the tale end of issue #5 as the Society's army approaches up the front steps of the House of Secrets.

Don't know if he's appeared anywhere else after Catman beat nearly to death.

Gail said that she created him for VU. I'm not sure if she said he'll be appearing again, that she knows of. Maybe she's planning to use him down the line? Let's hope.
