A site with Metal Gear plotline breakdowns?

Im working through all my metal gear games again but there are some things still I am a bit fuzzy on. I get the basic plotlines of each but they cram so much crap in terms of story I feel like IM missing out on some things.

Been trying to find a site that breaks everything down for me so I can get the whole understanding. But no luck, I just find basic story explanations in a review or whatever.

I know GameFAQs has story FAQs written for this and other series (Silent Hill, Resident Evil, etc.)

Much of it is speculation bordering on outright fan-fiction of course, but some of these guys seem to do a pretty good job of working out the details so it all makes a kind of sense.
