Well, my guess would be Sunny Lee (since the name is there in HUGE letters on both pages).
I think it's some piece used for pitches or just for fun, since that never saw print (beeing a DC/Marvel crossover).
Sunny Lee helped Pop Mhan on SpyBoy WAY back in 2000 (issues #10-11 to be precisely).
He/she also penciled the Oni miniseries.

Okay. You got me there. I saw that but I wasn't aware of who that is.

DC/Marvel crossovers have happend before. Sure, they were generally really bad, but could this possibly be for some new crossover down the line maybe?

Thanks. I wasn't aware of this. I appreciate it.

If you were reading the current Sentry mini, then you would know that Sentry is Hulks' best friend and he would never punch the Hulk like that. And since the Sentry in no way resembles Superman in his look, this joke of yours is not funny.

Sure. But the only one with Supes/Hulk was by Roger Stern and Steve Rude IIRC (not counting the DC versus Marvel series).

Rather unlikely with all this hostility between Marvel and DC. :(
Also Marvel is rarely doing crossovers anymore (MTU #14, Avengers/JLA and Punisher/PJ came to my mind as the most recent ones).
I appreciate it.
You're welcome. :)

there's not a chance in hell of marvel and dc hooking up in the next decade. which really is kind of sad.

Yeah. It is.
I think a modern take on a Marvel/DC crossover would be seriously kick ass.

There was another one back in the seventies, in that oversized format that was all the rage. It was as dull as you'd expect.
