I remember a show when I was a wee pup, maybe the early to mid 80s.

It was live action, set in a mall, and the characters were a puppet mouse and a guy who was really a manikin but had a magic hat that made him alive. There were others but I don't recall them.

Does this ring any bells with anyone, cuz it's been bugging me all day?

Here's another challenge for my more memory inclined mates.

It was a live action adventure show, probably the late 80's, early 90's.

The hero had a battle armor, (that might have had a flame thrower) and his boss/mentor was a pixelated head on a tv screen. I think he had a black best friend, and I recall it being on right after the old live action "Superboy" show saturday mornings.

That's all I can remember.

VR Troopers.

It also had a dog that talked in an awful Jack Nicholson impression. It was one of the many sentai/tokusatsu shows that sprung up right after the mega-success of Power Rangers.

Nah, that wasn't it. I remmeber VR Troopers.

This wasn't a Power Rangers inspired show. It only had one guy in armor, and I think it was pretty street level crimefighting.

The girl from VR Troopers, Sarah Brown went on to originate the roll of "Carly Roberts-Corinthos" on General Hospital.

It was a "Sabinized" Kamen Rider import.

Does anyone remember Paddington Bear? It was a stop motion show with a British man narrating everything, including Paddington Bear...

Does anyone remember the show "Welcome Freshmen" on Nickelodeon? It was about five or six friends that hung out at the mall a lot. It came on in the early 90's. It came on around the same time as Hey Dude and Kids Inc. Just another crazy nostalgia show.

Welcome Freshmen was awesome, like all of early-90's Nickelodeon.

Hell, I even think Nick showed that "Happy Halloween from Welcome Freshmen" spot a few years ago.

It's wierd to answer my own question, but after a week of asking everyone I know, a dude at my gym actually remembered the title! I can finally sleep now.
