Not sure about George W. but here's another past president with his own book no less. Embarassingly I admit to having a copy of this one.

I'm a day late, but my President's Day offering came in an issue of Star-Spangled War Stories where the Unknown Soldier disguised himself as Roosevelt to throw off those dastardly Nazis!

My choice would have to be Defenders Annual #1, where Gerald Ford is transported into astral space along with Dr. Strange and Nebulon, the Celestial Man. Damn, I wish I had a scanner!
