Flat non-surfaced keys with no option for ergonomic angles. Thing looks cheaply made s far as structure...Probably within a year, half the displays won't work quite right.. and one good soda... I saw it in another thread, but I could not find it.

What the hell is the donkey button for?

I'd assume eDonkey (or eMule), a P2P network/filesharing/illegal copyrighted material distribution program.
Not that I'd know anything about that.
If they came out with a more ergonomic style (like the split keyboard I have now), and in all black, I'd be all over that sucker.

It's not really a "donkey button". It basically displays the icons in your systray, and you can bring them up at will by pressing the appropriate key. Neat huh?

There will be an ergonomic model in Q1 2007 as far as I know.

If it's made of brushed aluminum it would be awesome.

Can I have it changed to a blue torch?

I'd get this (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2158,CONTENTID=10777) if they ever made it work on the Mac

Yeah if it was metal, like my cell phone, that would be great, and as long as it has a good warrenty I would get one. I use photoshop, pro tools, painter(soon)and a pile of other music, and art software on my mac. and a mac user is all about keyboard short cuts. If I could switch the keyboard to display the key commands for the program I'm in...that would rule!

It's a very good keyboard.
A very good keyboard. I'd get one myself if it didn't come with that mouse (I already have mouse that's better than the one supplied). I'd feel guilty spending money on something that wouldn't get used.

It really depends. I'd prefer the mouse provided with the diNovo than your G7. I have more use for Bluetooth than I do 2000 dpi.

I'm a twitch gamer so 2000dpi is an essential for me. I like having bluetooth stuff around, but I wouldn't really reap the benefits of a bluetooth mouse, plus the MX provided with the diNovo requires that the mouse be charged via a charging cradle, whereas the G7 provides a USB Li-on charger and 2 Li-on battery packs (no downtime. Instant redundancy)
