He hasnt even been shown yet .
We are supposed to know what happened to him either in astonishing , xmen , or uncanny , with the new creative teams ...
I'm betting for Uncanny , or even the end of Deadly genesis .

Aparently he is, because Emma was not able to find him with Cerebra.

He's on the official "De-Powered" list, but nobody's seen hide or hair(It's an expression!)of him since the end of HOM.

Where exactly was he during HoM, was that ever cleared up? I remember something about an empty grave in Magento's Genosha place or something...

There was a memorial to Charles, in a garden, in Genosha. That's the only reference we've had to him since House of M #1.

I think no conclusion should be drawn about any mutant unless he is seen in an actual story and portrayed as either with or without powers.

He was hidden by the Scarlet Witch in the HoM reality, but in the true 616 reality, he was in the church in Genosha being manipulated by SW, Pietro, and Magnus, I think.

it has been mentioned that deadly genesis will explain where xavier has been/his current status. he'll be appearing in brubaker's following uncanny run as well.
